Polar Bear Pop Art
An Sharon Education Foundation Grant Funded Project

Pop art is an art form from the 1960’s where artists use everyday objects as their subject matter and alter them to create a new work. Second graders created an closeup picture of a a polar bear with tempera paint and oil pastel. They used the iPads to photograph and apply a customized pop art effect using the app Percolator.
